Job Description:
As a Junior UI Web Designer at [Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in helping us design and deliver outstanding web interfaces that meet our clients’ goals and exceed their expectations. You will work closely with our Senior Designers and cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Design: Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing web interfaces that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Assist in the development of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.
• Graphics and Assets: Create and optimize graphics and visual assets for web projects, ensuring they are responsive and load efficiently.
• Responsive Design: Ensure that web designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and project managers to translate design concepts into functional web pages.
• Feedback Integration: Actively participate in design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including responsive designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing user interfaces.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
