Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 0-2 years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital agency setting.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential for client communication and internal collaboration.
  • Digital Project Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing, web development, and creative design processes.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and basic understanding of digital tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects within budget, timeline, and scope expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Client Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and ensuring client needs and expectations are met.
  • Documentation: Manage project documentation, ensuring all project details are accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project outputs, conducting quality checks to ensure deliverables meet the high standards expected by our clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and feedback to improve internal project management processes and tools.

Salary Range:
$1000 – $1500 per month
