The Challenge

The Medical Company had a complex multi-step process involving consultations, onboarding, scheduling blood work, lab result processing, protocol creation, and admin approvals. Their internal systems lacked structure for phlebotomist scheduling, lab result uploads, urgent order handling, and patient profile management. We needed to unify and simplify the workflows while building the platform from scratch.
