Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital agency or consulting environment.
- Language Skills: Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) is essential, as you will be working with international clients.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work part-time or on an hourly basis as a contractor, with flexible scheduling.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on problem-solving.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of digital technologies, software development methodologies, and project management tools.
- Tools: Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or other project management and BA software is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear and concise technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between clients and development teams, ensuring that project goals and expectations are communicated effectively.
- Project Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including user stories, process diagrams, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Project Support: Provide guidance to project teams throughout the development lifecycle, helping to clarify requirements and address any challenges that arise.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and recommend strategies to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with insights that help shape their digital strategies.
