Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Proficiency in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic website architecture as it pertains to SEO.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform SEO strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and develop SEO strategies tailored to each client’s goals and industry.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, heading structures, and content, to improve visibility and ranking on search engines.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce and optimize high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with SEO strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
  • Conduct regular technical audits of client websites to identify and resolve SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and page speed optimization.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices in SEO.
  • Collaborate with our design and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all new website projects.
